Navina, Agilon Health Team Up on Clinical Insights for Primary Care Providers in At-Risk Contracts

Navina’s AI-driven platform helps providers get a complete picture of their patients’ health by pulling on structured and unstructured patient data from places like the EHR, health information exchanges and claims data. It will now support Agilon’s network of physician partners, made up of more than 2,800 PCPs.
