On Thursday, U.K.-based legal entity management startup Kuberno announced that it has received £9.5 million ($12.32 million) in Series A funding from Barclays and Nasdaq Ventures.
Kuberno co-founder and CEO Zoe Bucknell told Legaltech News that the funding will go toward building out the capabilities of Kube, the startup’s legal entity management platform, which helps legal, finance, HR and other teams pull together data to meet organizational governance demands.
Bucknell is particularly interested in integrating AI within the platform following the funding announcement.
