We’re looking for an AI Engineer who’s passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with language models and information retrieval. You’ll be working on problems that matter:
– Implementing and optimizing large language models, with a focus on open-source LLMs
– Developing advanced RAG techniques to enhance search accuracy and relevance
– Creating innovative approaches to dataset curation and synthetic data generation
– Building scalable, AI-powered backend services that can handle millions of queries
Our ideal candidate has:
– 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, particularly in NLP and LLMs
– Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern AI frameworks
– A track record of shipping AI features in production environments
– Experience with vector databases and efficient retrieval methods
– Familiarity with AWS and containerization technologies
