The popular graphic design platform is fully embracing AI, having previously integrated image generation. With video generation now added, this is a huge upgrade for users. Rather than searching endlessly for the perfect stock video, you can create a custom one in minutes.

How Canva’s AI Video Generator WorksThis new text-to-video feature is part of the Magic Studio that Canva launched recently, which is a collection of AI-powered tools to improve your productivity.
Canva Magic StudioIt is powered by Runway, which is the company behind the popular RunwayML Gen-2. RunwayML is a multimodal AI system that can take either a text or an image as an input and generate a synthesized video. It can also transfer the style of any image or prompt to every frame of your video.
To start, open Canva and go to the brand-new Magic Media section. You can find it at the bottom of the left-side bar.
