53% of marketers say their best campaigns used AI

AI is being used by 88% of marketing executives, 53% say their top campaigns in the past year have used AI and 85% are prioritizing first-party data capture, per Twilio Segment research. Most marketers say AI would be more useful if they had better data, while 38% say they lack adequate employee training and 28% are concerned about data privacy.
